ARTICLE 1 – SITE PUBLISHER

The website www.keennutrition.co is operated by Keen Nutrition.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the website www.keennutrition.co, by any person aged at least 18 years old.

Any order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

Keen Nutrition markets dietary supplements intended for general wellness.

Dietary supplements are not medicines and do not substitute for medical treatment, a varied and balanced diet, or a healthy lifestyle.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The customer is solely responsible for the use of the products, particularly in the case of allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medication intake. In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). For customers purchasing from countries with different currencies, prices will be automatically converted based on current exchange rates.

Any applicable shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order.

Keen Nutrition reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already validated.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER

The order is considered final after validation of the payment and sending of a confirmation email to the customer.

Keen Nutrition reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspicion of fraud, manifest error, or payment incident.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the site at the time of order, through secure payment solutions.

Payment is payable immediately upon order.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered worldwide, to countries specified in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are communicated as an estimate at the time of order. Any reasonable delay cannot give rise to compensation.

The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomaly as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The customer has a period of 60 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

Returns are accepted even if the product has been opened, provided it has been used reasonably and in accordance with its intended purpose.

Return shipping costs are covered by Keen Nutrition.

Before any return, the customer must contact customer service by email at support@keennutrition.co.

ARTICLE 9 – REFUND

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made via the initial payment method within a maximum period of 14 business days.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

Keen Nutrition cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products, failure to follow usage instructions, or individual incompatibility of the customer with an ingredient.

Keen Nutrition's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

ARTICLE 12 – MINIMUM AGE

Orders are reserved for persons aged at least 18 years old.

ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content present on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Keen Nutrition and cannot be used without prior authorization.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action.

For customers residing in the European Union, the jurisdiction of their place of residence may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

ARTICLE 15 – MODIFICATIONS

Keen Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
